Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders (''AGM'') will take place at 10:00 am (CET) on 31 July 2017 at the offices of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48 S, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and the Meeting of Independent Shareholders will be held immediately after the closing of the AGM at the same place.

The Notice of Meetings, including agendas and proxy voting cards in English, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders registered at the Company's UK registrar (Capita Asset Services).

Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the AGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48-s, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Copies of the documents are also available on the Company's website:

Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V. (''Plaza'' or the ''Company''), an emerging markets property developer, announces that, further to its announcement on 13 October 2016, it has signed the final sale agreement for the disposal of its 2.47 hectare plot in the centre of Kielce, Poland, for EUR 2,280,000.

Plaza received a down payment ofEUR 465,000 when the preliminary sale agreement was signed. Now that the final agreement has been signed, the remaining EUR 1,815,000 has been paid to Plaza.

In line with the Company's stated amended restructuring plan, 75% of the net cash proceeds will be distributed to Plaza's bondholders.

Podstawa prawna: The directors of Plaza Centers N.V. (''Plaza'' or the ''Company''), announce that at its Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held earlier today (31 July 2017), all proposed resolutions were passed, apart from the proposed resolution to appoint the external auditor of the Company for the 2017 financial year (item no. 4 on the agenda) which was not voted on. The resolution is expected to be included in the agenda of the next general meeting.

[2017-08-07 16:45:00] Warszawa (PAP) - Plaza Centers podpisała umowę sprzedaży działki w mieście Timisoara w Rumunii za 7,25 mln euro - podała spółka w komunikacie. Spółka zakończyła też sprzedaż działki w rumuńskiej Konstancy za 1,3 mln euro.

Nieruchomość w Timisoarze ma ok. 32 tys. m kw., a w Konstancy ok. 30 tys. m kw.

Spółka podała, że wartość obu transakcji jest zgodna z wartością księgową nieruchomości.

"Zgodnie z planem restrukturyzacyjnym Plaza Centers, 75 proc. środków netto z obu sprzedaży będzie przeznaczone dla obligatariuszy spółki" - napisano w komunikacie. (PAP Biznes)

Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces that, further to its announcements dated 21 June 2017 and 30 August 2017, the Company has concluded the final terms regarding the sale of shares in the SPV holding of the Torun Plaza shopping centre in Poland to an investment fund. The signing of the transaction has been set for the beginning of November 2017 with final closing and settlement expected by the end of November, conditional on the Buyer receiving bank financing, which was already approved and is expected to be concluded during November.

The agreement reflects an estimated value for the asset of €70.6 million including an additional forecasted payment at the end of May 2018 for new leases signed by the end of April 2018 ("earn out period"). The total expected net proceeds to the Company, following the deduction of the related bank loan, earn out period and other working capital adjustments in accordance with the balance sheet of the SPV, are estimated to be circa €29.4 million.

niecały rok temu kosztował 15zł, dziś już tylko 5, które zaraz będzie wspomnieniem

Jeszcze wcześniej - przed resplitem kosztował 30 gr - czyli na dziś 30 zł.
Już nie wspomnę ile przedtem - bo to były kwoty kosmiczne w porównaniu z tym co jest dziś.
A infa wskazują na intensywną restrukturyzację i spłacanie obligacji.
Pytanie tylko co z Raportem - bo sam nie wiem czy to co się ukazało to nim było, czy też nie ...
