Tokyo, Nov. 12 (Jiji Press)--Nissan Motor Co. <7201> said Thursday that it posted a consolidated net loss of 329,959 million yen in April-September, knocked down partly by the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The dismal result, which compared with a net profit of 65,365 million yen a year before, reflected a sizable slump of the automobile market amid the coronavirus crisis as well as a fall in the Japanese automaker's sales competitiveness for new vehicle models.
