Air Liquide announces Є500M long-term bond issue

Air Liquide (OTCPK:AIQUY +0.1%) launched a Є500M bond issue dedicated to the refinancing of its September 2021 bond maturity and to the sustainable financing of the group’s long term growth.
With this issuance, company is raising €500M with a 12-year maturity at a yield of 0.390%.
It is a fixed rate bond with maturity September 20, 2033 and coupon 0.375% p.a.
This issue will be rated 'A' by Standard & Poor’s and 'A3' by Moody’s.

Air Liquide Earnings inline, Revenue Beats In Q4

Investing.com - Air Liquide (OTC:AIQUY) reported on Wednesday fourth quarter earnings that matched analysts' forecasts and revenue that topped expectations.
